Here at Rotunda, we care about our community, stakeholder partners, social impact and the environment and we’re proud to support a wide number of initiatives within the Kingston community.
This page will be kept up-to-date with the latest initiatives at Rotunda.

Great British Spring Clean Event 2023
The team at Rotunda participated in this years Great British Spring Clean to help keep Britain tidy. Back for its eighth year, the Great British Spring Clean is the nation’s biggest mass-action environmental campaign.
This year, an army of amazing #LitterHeroes pledged to pick more than 400,000 bags of litter – of which over 20 bags were picked during this year’s Kingston Litter Pick.
We look forward to championing more community causes throughout the year.
Rotunda’s Rooftop Garden
We’ve been getting green-fingered here at Rotunda.
Created as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, the Rotunda Rooftop Garden utilises void space on the roof to provide bird-and-insect friendly plants for local wildlife and to grow produce to support staff wellbeing.
As well as supporting the initial planning, the team at Rotunda have upcycled reclaimed pallets and converted them into planters to house wild flowers, herbs and vegetables. The security team have enthusiastically embraced the tending and watering (rainwater harvested into a water butt) and have also built a further 3 planters for future harvesting projects.
As well as a great lunch break activity, staff at Rotunda are invited to take the crops home which include; tomatoes, lettuce, strawberries, chillies, thyme, parsley & cherry tomatoes.
As we develop the garden further, we look forward to welcoming new plants and produce to flourish seasonally.
Social Value
We work with local stakeholders and charity partners to support town-wide initiatives such as partnering with K26 (Local Youth group) and 8212 Youth Theatre as well as carol singers during the festive period to provide a platform to support local talent.
KIFF (Kingtson International Film Festival)
We are proud supporters of local film festivals and are proud to support KIFF (Kingston International Film Festival) KIFF’s mission is to showcase the best of British and international emerging talent, provide a platform to connect emerging artists with industry leads and encourage funding after a problematic lack of investment over the last two years.
Charities
As well as providing space for local charities to collect donations and initiate fundraising activities, we have previously hosted donation boxes throughout key seasonal periods to give back to the community. If you are a local charity and wish to work with us please contact our marketing team on Sabrina.Stephens@bewonder.co.uk.
