What are your opening hours?
Rotunda is open:

Monday–Saturday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 AM* | Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Please note: Brand opening times may vary, so we recommend checking individual websites for the most accurate info. View brand directory.

Are you dog-friendly?
Only assistance dogs are permitted inside the centre. They must wear an identifying jacket and may require proof of registration.

Lost Property

If you’ve lost an item, please contact our Security team on 0844 880 2827.

Fundraising & Donations

For charity or fundraising enquiries, please contact individual brands directly. A full list of brands is available on our website.

Job Vacancies

Job opportunities may be advertised by individual brands on their websites or in-store. We recommend visiting the centre with your CV to enquire directly.

Parking Information

Do you have disabled parking?
18 disabled parking spaces are available on the ground level of the car park. Blue Badge holders should call 0208 546 3964 on arrival and display their badge.

Do you have parent & child parking?
Rotunda does not have dedicated parent & child parking spaces. Nearby car parks include:

  • Canbury Place Car Park
  • Cattle Market Car Park
  • NCP Fairfield Car Park
    All are just a few minutes’ walk from the Rotunda.

Do you have electric vehicle charging?
No, EV charging is not available on-site. Please use Zap Map to find nearby charging points.

Accessibility & Facilities

Lift Access
There is lift access throughout the centre, and each brand provides disabled facilities.

Disabled Toilet Facilities
Accessible toilet facilities are provided by brands within Rotunda for your convenience.
